Julie’s path
There is often more than one way forward. Coaching creates the space to see it.

I began my career in ecology and conservation because I wanted to address environmental issues. Over time, my work evolved from technical roles into project management, people leadership, and organizational problem-solving.
For more than 20 years, I’ve led complex projects, managed teams, and helped people find practical ways forward. And somewhere along the way, I discovered that the part of my work I found most rewarding was helping people navigate challenges and grow into their potential.
That’s what led me to coaching.

Today, I work with purpose-driven leaders and mid-career professionals who are navigating leadership roles, evaluating difficult situations, or sensing that something needs to change.
I provide a judgment-free space where you can be honest and curious about what’s really going on. I listen closely—to what you say and sometimes to what you don’t.
My goal is for you to leave coaching feeling more confident about what you want and empowered to take action—with greater focus and clarity.

I’ve learned that good leadership isn’t about having all the answers or doing everything yourself. It’s about creating the conditions for people to be empowered, make decisions, grow, and ultimately succeed.
I believe that thoughts aren’t always facts, and that perfection can get in the way of meaningful progress. When we loosen our grip, we create space between ourselves and the stories we’re telling ourselves; we often gain the clarity and freedom to choose a different response.
